Our new Help Desk is a great way to help you with many of the problems or questions you may have, without having to schedule an On-Site service call!

Using cutting edge technology, we will schedule a session in which we can access your computer remotely and actually view your desktop & manipulate the mouse & keyboard to address your issue. 

These sessions are each 20 minutes long and the cost is only $30 per session. Pre-Payment is required via Debit/Credit card, from our web site.

The sessions can only be started by you, and you can disconnect at any time. No software is permanently installed on your computer. All you need is a small file you download from us that is automatically deleted when the connection is broken. This way you are in control & these sessions are safe, plus it’s encrypted, so your data and privacy are protected!

If your issue requires an on-site service call, or repair in our shop, we’ll credit your session fee to your repair invoice.
