You must pre-pay for your Remote Help Desk session. Simply click on the Pay Pal link below. You will be taken to a secure Pay Pal payment page where you will fill out a typical credit/debit card payment form. You will have the option to pre-pay for additional sessions if you wish, simply change the quantity. Upon completion of payment, you will be taken to the download page, where you will be able to download our small file to start your session. You do not have to open a Pay Pal account, unless you wish to do so.
