If you purchased a Remote Help Desk Session, click the link below to download the file. When the Windows Download Warning box appears, click the Save option.

The Windows Save As box will pop up, asking where you want to save the file. Make sure Desktop appears in the Save In line. Click Save. An Icon will appear on your desktop. Double click that icon to start the Remote Session.
